Regional Sales Manager

Job description

1. Assist the Director in formulating sales and repayment indicators for the region under his jurisdiction, and organize and take charge of marketing activities in the region;

2. Be responsible for visiting and maintaining important customers in the region.

3. Implement the sales policies formulated by the company and complete the work of recovering the payment according to the regulations;

4. Drafting and reviewing contracts between agents and direct selling customers in the region and submitting them to higher authorities for examination and approval in time;

5. To be responsible for the management of business personnel in the region, to put forward suggestions and suggestions on recruitment and dismissal of personnel according to the needs of the company's development every year, to train new business personnel, and to assist superiors in training and building high-quality sales teams;

6. Hold regular sales meetings in the region, report to superiors as required, check and guide subordinates'work reports, and regularly cooperate with subordinates to visit and assist terminal customers.

7. Responsible for completing various industry meetings, promotional conferences and various tasks assigned by the company in the region;

8. Responsible for providing market information, customer information, quality feedback information and competitors to the company, and providing suggestions and opinions on R&D of new products and projects in the industry.


Qualification

1. College degree or above, major in medical examination, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, marketing, etc.

At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing and 3 years experience in sales team management.

3. Deep understanding of in vitro diagnostic reagents and IVD market, excellent marketing skills, team management skills and business negotiation skills;

4. Has certain leadership, interpersonal and social activities; good at coordination, communication, responsibility and career ambition.


Salary treatment: base salary + commission (double rest, five insurance and one fund)

Working experience in laboratory, skilled in using common laboratory equipment.

Experience: Experience in developing biochemical diagnostic reagents is preferred.
