【intended use】

The reagent can be used for quantitative detection of central nervous system specific protein in human serum, plasma or whole blood samples.

Early diagnosis of acute stroke, evaluation of brain injury, neonatal cerebral hypoxia

 【detection method】

1. Take out the test card from the aluminum foil packaging bag and place it on a horizontal and dry surface.

2. Insert the IC card into the fluorescence analyzer, click to read the IC card, confirm that the batch number of the IC card and the detection card match, and calibrate the IC card (see the instrument manual for details)

3. Take 150 μ l whole blood sample, add 50 μ l sample buffer solution or 100 μ l plasma sample into the sampling hole of test card.

4. After 15 minutes, insert the detection card into the card slot of the applicable instrument, and conduct quantitative interpretation of the results.

 【detection principle】

The content of S-100 β protein in human serum, plasma or whole blood was detected by fluorescence quantitative immunochromatography. When the sample is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the S-100 β protein in the sample combines with the anti-S-100 β monoclonal antibody labeled by the fluorescent substance in the reagent pad to form the reaction complex. The reaction complex moves forward along the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane along with the chromatography, and is captured by the corresponding monoclonal antibody on the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane detection line. The capture amount of S-100 β protein in the sample and the detection region are the same The content of S-100 β protein was detected by fluorescence analyzer.
